To submit your abstract, simply send us your abstract via email to iccrrr@uct.ac.za in a format of your choice (MS Word or pdf), containing the following:

• Title of presentation / paper
• Authors with affiliation and email addresses
• Abstract (250 – 300 words)

All delegates whose abstracts have been accepted are given the following options when presenting their work at ICCRRR 2027:

• Full paper submission
  • In-person oral presentation at the conference (an alternative poster presentation can be arranged on request).
  • Submission of full-length paper (all papers will undergo a full peer-review process, and accepted contributions will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer Nature); up to two paper submissions are permitted for each registered delegate.
  • Abstracts will appear in the printed conference book of abstracts and on the conference website, linked to the author’s name and professional profile (ORCID or Research Gate).

• ‘Abstract only’
  • In-person oral presentation at the conference (an alternative poster presentation can be arranged on request).
